The inspiration for launching Aguma Beef was strongly driven by our own culture. A meal without beef is not meal. At Aguma Beef we ensure that the same values we have been cultivating since 1969, are delivered to your table.

OUR STORY

We are family business with over 50 years experience in producing and delivering high quality meat from Argentina to the rest of the world.

Our founder, Lilo Pando is the person responsible for launching Aguma Beef with a simple mission: spreading  quality and healthy Argentinian to everybody.

From Corrientes, located in the  north east of Argentina, Aguma beef is produced by  breeding  grass-fed cattle living in more natural conditions taking advantage of organic grass pastures rather than feedlot-based farming

BEEF QUALITY

Beef quality is dependent on the diet provided to cattle and their living conditions. The two different farming regimes used for beef production in Argentina are grass pasture and feedlot-based farming.

Cattle that are bred on grassy plains and eating grass like that in Argentina, are much less likely to acquire or spread disease compared to other countries.

Argentina's rainfall and largely mild climate result in high quality pastures for  cattle.  Grass-fed beef, like Aguma Beef in Corrientes, is believed to be healthier than beef from feedlot cattle, as it contains more omega 3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef beef.  The patience in breeding Argentinian cattle also applies to the way Argentinian beef is prepared,  gaining an excellent reputation and wide acceptance among consumers around the world
